GODZILLA: King of Monsters 2019
Looks absolutely magnificent! One of only a handful of films I will actually go out and see... in IMAX of course!

I absolutely loved Godzilla 2014, but the thing Im worried about is that they are introducing too many enemies at once. King ghidorah is Godzilla's ultimate adversary, so I think it may be too much too soon, but oh well.

I grew up watching Godzilla on Saturdays when I was a kid! Can't wait for this one. didn't care for the one Mathew Broderick was in. that didn't even look like Godzilla

I liked the 2014 effort, was well done. This reeks of a silly premise and one those "everything is too dark and i can't see a fucking thing" movies.

IMAX time! Just a little concerned, based on the first trailer, that there will be too much human focus.
Marcus, if I had your HT setup, I would never watch anything outside of my HT! I missed the 2014 Godzilla after the horrid ones put out in the 2000's. Based on the few comments here, I'll give it a try. |

Me too! Just like I watched "Blackbelt Theater" with all of those old school cheesy martial arts movies! I actually came across several that I added to my library.

That's a far cry from pre-Home Theater: I averaged @ 15-24 movies at theaters a year. Nowadays maybe 2 - 4. For 2019 this will be one along with Avengers obviously. |

Loved me some Blackbelt Theater! Check with your cable provider and see if you get the El Rey channel. It's Robert Rodriguez's own channel and they play a ton of old Kung Fu/martial arts movies.

I did not. I saw it and meant to watch it, but I stay so busy I have to actually make time to get into a series. It's on my list though.
