^ Holy crap, nice kit! I do enjoy my cup or two in the morning but not enough to justify that kind of investment. I grind using a Breville grinder and brew using a Cuisinart machine,

I don't have the time/patience to roast and grind beans. I buy Lavazza grounds. I obviously concede that grinding fresh is the best, but I just don't care that much. Actually trying to drink less coffee anyway.

I have a 2k jura machine... but not sure if that's mid range... I mean there are 10k models, so maybe?
I am deeply satisfied with it, I buy Illy or Lavazza beans.
