Hey Mr Tonka you need to get one of these fitbits!!! I went on a bike ride for 31 minutes this morning, and I don't even have a bike at work. I was bouncing servers at the time.

Yesterday someone i haven't seen in a while said, "i'm surprised you don't have one of those fitness bracelets."

I said, "i do", and pointed at my watch.

She said, 'no, these are usually black, slim and have just a couple of numbers on them.... all the fit people are wearing them."

Dude! LOL.

That reminded me of the time in the training thread where we talked about everyone these days having some form of Fitbit, and how they are instantly a fitness expert and super calorie burner because of it. LMAO!

Isn't that true? Because it says I'm well on my way to that Oct. 22 180lbs goal, been like even better than the 500 calorie deficit goal the last few days.

Damn new-fangled kids making up shit devices to fuck with the aging fathers of America. Have you no respect for your elders???? Next I'll be hearing that dude from the African nation isn't going to really send me any money.

Is there one of those PacMan codes to pushing the buttons to get the "private time" sessions? I have mine on the non-dominant hand, I hope it can still track my "movements" and counts the calories lost via fluids.

And where the hell are my PANTS?????

I wanted to get a fitbit or Apple watch but I can't give up wearing a normal watch for some techy thing.

Last time I looked into it, its $1500 for the watch and Tag has an offer where you can return the watch after 2 years for $1500 credit towards an mechanical watch. Not a bad deal if you want to dabble with a smart watch and want a mechanical one.

Go to a Tag dealer, that isn't a department store.

The margins are pretty good on these watches. If you can crack one of the salesmen, you could get a nice deal.

Lol, everyone just became a Knicks fan in Chicago.

Knicks will still suck. Bulls won't get shit done until they change the coach, and build up some defense.

Well, if Rose can stay healthy and IF they can get a premier FA this offseason, the Knicks will have four good players in the starting lineup. I've been following the Knicks for about 24 years so I need some hope.

I have two good friends that own a jewelry store with a pretty decent watch selection (Rolex, Breitling, Omega, etc). I'll have to check with them.

Rose will stay healthy, no doubt, but it's wether he will perform. No doubt, the starting line up for the Knicks is stellar on paper, but I really can't see team chemistry.

I liked the Knicks back when they had JR, Stoudemeyer, and Melo.

Looks like you were too young to witness Charles Smith getting stuffed at the basket numerous times against the bulls in the '93 playoffs. After witnessing that, followed by John Starks laying brick after brick game 7 against the Rockets in '94, I
