Never understood why BMW gave Audi and Merc the fast touring market. Hopefully the M3 Touring makes its way to NA. Would be the only way I could tolerate the front end…

Lol idk man, if the G8x m3 wagon doesn't make it to the US, wouldn't the chances of an M5 wagon be even slimmer?

Manuals rock,we currently are completing 2 SMG to Manual swaps now on E60 M5s as the SMG pumps have approached astronomical costs, and have the same issues.

Off topic, but many cars ago I modded my 2002 545it with a dinan stage 1 engine chip and their auto transmission software. Both adds worked incredibly well. The shifts were very quick up and down - no perceptible wait.

Correction of my typo and quickly fading model memory appreciated. As for the second point, agreed, but for daily driving in traffic with an occasional weekend romp the dinan software was an acceptable compromise.

I watched this episode on my big tv with the sound turned way up. And it is absolutely drool worthy just for the S85 V10 noises.
