I saw the 2nd period. Really at a loss as to how the Kings are so low in the standings--they still have a good group.

Amen. This has been the most enjoyable season I've ever watched as a Leafs fan. There is some tough competition out there, but I'm loving every second of the games.

I was fortunate enough to catch Matthew's OT snipe with 2.7 seconds left live in Buffalo. It's the first time in years that I've gone to a game. I picked Buffalo because the tickets were considerably better value, but the fact that I even bothered to go and pay to watch the Leafs is a stark contrast to how I've felt about the teams they have assembled over the better part of the last decade or so.

Got a slightly undeserved 2 points tonight against the Wings. The only thing the boys should be wanting for Christmas would be some Tampa Bay losses

USA in the WJC medal games after beating the Czechs.

Looking for when Canada plays, guess they don't list that down here. Anyone from Canada that could let us know when your next game is...it'd be helpful.

On a side note...I see tickets for the gold medal round are going really cheap.

Props to US Junior Hockey development really...the talent coming out of the States these days is incredible. I'd say they were a bit behind Canada for awhile in terms of development, but now you're seeing more and more players taking the US College route to the pros instead of the traditional CHL route. Not to mention the USHL and the Development Program as a whole.

Should be a good matchup against the Fins.

I'd sooner like to watch Gritty doing funny shit for 3 periods than our fly guys. I'd seriously think about putting Gritty on left wing on our second line. the other team would fall down laughing and we could score easy.
