But as I've said before, the weather isn't the most important thing and I understand that I won't be able to get everything I want from a city. What matters to me is a safe place with friendly people and good job opportunities. If the weather is better than it is here I am happy. I don't think you realize how dark it gets here during the winter.

Don't move to DC then, the city bleeds red and loves Caps hockey, even though they disappoint us in crushing ways every single year.

Denver had baseball sized hail on Monday.

Weather there is generally pretty unpredictable, biggest killer of hikers tackling 14'ers are the sudden lightning storms that will pop up with little warning.

If you like good weather try Temecula, California or really California as a whole as it has pretty much all of what you want. Or Virginia is a great state to start with also.

Don't come to Commiefornia. We're a bunch of illegal libtards who rape each other and pay 99% taxes and stuff. Too damn crowded here already.

Not really, people in large cities aren't as rude as people make them out to be so long as you aren't being an idiot and doing something like standing in the middle of a sidewalk and not moving or standing on the left side of the escalator on the metro.

Other than that, most folks are more than happy to help out of towners get to where they're trying to go to.

In jest, but from memory of your own words:

'People here are some of the rudest and most snobbish on the planet'

Amiright?

You been left out in the Temecula sun too long, boy? I have in-laws there. After about 8:30 am, it's too damn hot to do anything but go back to bed, or Pechanga.

Where EVERY you decide... you should come visit that area and see for yourself. This will be a hard choice for you and your family. I'd say plan a trip for a short stay and travel around and talk to perspective employers/dealers.

BMW dealerships are plentiful on the East and West coasts... but seldom in the middle America.
