Question Options missing from Owner's Circle List

I ordered a 335xi with:

Premium Package
Cold Weather
Rear Sunshade
iDrive/Nav
Automatic Transmission
Comfort Access
Sirius
USB/iPod
HD Radio


The problem is that when I track my car through the Owner's Circle, the USB/IPOD and HD Radio are not listed as options. My salesguy doe snot think it is a problem, as he said his manager "Has seen this before". Seems strange to me. Anyone have this experience?

Many threads here with the same question. Answer seems to be "Don't Worry, Be Happy" - OC is always wrong, and trust (but verify) your CA.

What he said. I've been through three Owner Circle drills and none have been entirely accurate. Get the printout from your dealer.

mine does not even list sports package or the comfort nor the paddle shifters. i called my sales rep and he verified my order. he said no worries... and i trust him.

what you do is call 800-831-1117 and ask for Customer Relations to speak to someone live. Give them your prod. # and they will read what is in the system. if this doesn't satisfy you, then you must be my long lost twin brother.

I also called Customer Relations and spoke to someone to varify the options. They said OC isn't always accurate...don't know why. Anyway, they had all the correct options.

No one that I have heard of (including myself) has had iPod/USB listed. I also don't have Premium or Sport packages listed although it shows leather which is part of Premium. I do have HD Radio and Paddles listed so it seems that some options are just flaky.

I had my CA email me pdf's of the Vehicle Inquiry before and after production. That's the way to set your mind completely at rest.

(But there can be bugs in the Vehicle Inquiry - my first one showed the HD Radio as N/C.)

Deja vu.

It is irritating that BMW bothers to post incorrect information since they must know, as the SAs do, that it is not particulary accurate. Despite my SA assurances, and the fact that his print out was correct, I wrote emails to BMW until they finally acknowledged that OC was wrong, and there was no problem.

The team that manages the OC web site, must be the same that developed I-drive computer interface.

same here, options were missing from OC but when I called 800# they confirmed everything I ordered was on the car.

what is the point of OC order detail if they can't get the options correct?

I wouldn't even bother with OC, just call the 800 # for the most accurate up-to-date info
