What's For Dinner Tonight?

Had a 2 sitting dinner tonight. First was chipotle grilled shrimp with skewered veggies on the grill, and grilled artichoke with peanut aoli. Veggies were zucchini, red pepper, brussel sprouts, and heart of palm. I’d never grilled the palm before, but it turned out great. Second sitting to be shown in wine thread.

TikTok recipe - grilled salmon chopped up over such rice with japanese mayo + sriracha. Take some seaweed paper and make your own mini-taco/roll! (asparagus was an added touch)
