2023 X1 puddle light / Mirror projector difusser
Hey guys,
My wife bought a 2023 X1 - a couple of weeks ago, and we love the car… but neither of us could stand the BMW projector Logo from the mirrors. I researched and purchased some Oracle final window “frost” film, hoping it would diffuse the logo and let us keep the light. It ended up working perfectly. Here are the before and after pictures. I just cut a little circle about the size of a Dime to cover the lens under the mirror. Unfortunately, I had to buy a 15-foot roll, but it was only 8 dollars, so not a big deal. But I just wanted to share for anyone looking to get rid of the free BMW advertisements 😅 |
