On marinara. Grapes for dessert. One of my favorites! Game changer is lemon zest in the stuffing. Bruno Albouze's recipe calls for lemon confit, which is far better than lemon zest, but I don't have a batch of confit going in the fridge at the moment. |

We attended a wine dinner last night. Great food and wine. Sorry about the octopus pic, I got a little excited about the course and dug in before I snapped the pic. The duck was out of this world, best I’ve ever had. No pics of the wine, hence appropriate for the dinner thread. We did order 6 bottles, though. Will post to the wine thread when I receive them.
