That's because it's a link to a bigger version. The rules specifically say a link to a larger version is allowed.
I don't really see an issue here as this is the exact same format for my post that I have used in 2 other contests, and it has never been a problem. Also, 3 other submissions are doing the same thing.
The photo is posted here, it's an img tag wrapped around a direct link to the jpg as I mentioned:
