I hear you, but the power supply is a very good one which supplies really enough, that isn't the problem.
2 corrupt systems maybe but not 3 in a row.
Search for artifacts at the strix 2070 OC and you'll find lots of entries. Seems like I got one of the very first edition where this happened a lot

Meanwhile I have to return to my Asus GTX680, also a really good card but the newer the game, the lower the graphic settings.
