I create the PO's, make the points of contact with the vendors and contractors, handle all negotiations and determine when the work will be completed, then process the invoices. Oh for fricks sake. How has this company survived? In spite of themselves, they must have managed to hire somewhat honest people, or else the company (if properly run) would be a Fortune 500 company easily.
