That scrape in on the top will definitely call for a new paint job.
Someone backed into me while I was parked back in May of last year and left two chips on the paint on my front bumper. I went to European Autobody which is a BMW authorised body shop and they quoted me CAD$1500 just for repainting the bumper! The guy was honest though and told me it's not really worth it since the chips are barely noticeable.
I'm sure if you take it to a smaller shop, you can get it done for $300 no tax. I had an alpine white LCI E90 trunk repainted to Monaco blue for that much and it was pretty good too.
