It is somewhat hard work as they have to remove almost every single trim inside and then do a factory copy of installation with OEM equipment everywhere. It is cheaper to have it when you are ordering it as the installation is much easier in factory, just think about all those cable groups, units etc. removing the old stuff and maintaining the rest of those cables while adding new ones. I believe the hardware is about $2900 and the rest is labour.
