I think it is the "You have to post 1 reply and wait 1 hour for your account to be upgraded" bit of the registration.

I hate posting in areas where I don't have anything constructive or important to say, but I registered so i could get help solving an issue that apparently no one else has posted about yet... So here is my 1 post. Hopefully after this, I can ask the question I registered just so I could ask.
