The whole point I was trying to make to him is that, I believe, FIA allows for all this drama because there is a
lot of money involved. Imagine, if either Max or Hamilton were removed from the equation, F1 would be boring, knowing that an equally great driver was out of the mix. Max deserves the championship, this year, but it will not be handed to him. Max giving Hamilton serious competition, creates a lot of drama, hence fanbase, and huge money. The caveat is to do so safely, as no trophy is worth a life.
