Hi there everyone, I didn't see a general Intro area so I'm posting a "Hello Beemer World" thread. We just bought a 2013 BMW 328i, Sport, Melbourne red with 56K miles on the clock. My first BMW, actually it's for my wife, she picked it out from a private party seller. It still has a year of extended dealer warranty.

I drive a 2002 Jaguar X Type and have had great luck on the Jag Forums in the way of maintenance and DIY repairs. I know I'll be turning the wrenches on this car when the time comes, hoping that is not for a while, altho, I will do my own oil change this week. I'm not too hot on the long interval of 14K miles btwn new oil. The last oil change was 7K miles ago, so I'll be doing this one soon.

Anyway, we are in sunny Phoenix and she is absolutely in love with this car. She named it Raven.
