typical corporate strategy, yes, tragic on some, but benefit on the others, bottom line? a few extra $ for the share holders. GM does that, Walmart do that, mom and pop shop do that too, it has nothing to do with whether other nations care about us or not. everyone want more profit, simple. if we are not competitive then jobs go else where.
