yeah it is.
Plus just by how much faster you can get to say 150 and back down to a reasonable speed on a bike compared to a car is why i would rather hit s high top speed on a bike. Also, bikes don't make lift at high speeds like most cars do. As most cars go faster the controls get more sensitive and the whole car gets a little sketchy, on a bike the stability increases with speed.
Hard to wrap your brain around it with out experiencing it.
