President made all sorts of promises to keep me from looking outside the company and that I'll be part of the SLT soon.
I'm not actively looking, but also have recruiters reaching out to me every so often. I get paid well for the job I do, and there are a lot of future opportunities in the pipeline to keep me interested in staying with the company.
So to answer the question, I'm happy but not as happy as I could be.

I hear ya. I was starting to get frustrated after 2.5 years without a raise. I finally got one a few weeks ago and more stock.
Even though the earliest I would have left would have still been 2 more years from now. Leaving before then would have meant giving up ~$18k in stock before it vests.
