What he committed was battery
Lowry could have filed charges
Same thing if they were in the streets and someone puts their hands and push you for no good reason
The police get called, they're shown the video and you get arrested

I'm not condoning either situation , I'm simply saying we need to stop and wait for the evidence to show who was in the wrong with the Masai incident
