Hello, I am suspecting a fraud with the item I purchased paid via paypal. Is there any admin or blacklist for the suspected fraud seller?

Update, he's a fraud, no tracking numbers, tried to impersonate another member who's trying to sell me Dinan sway bars, tried to offer me other goods, while forgetting/slipped that I was the one buying Dinan sway bars, and reoffered to sell the Dinan sway bars (My guess he is also scamming and messaging with other members at the same time, that's why he slipped up and reoffered the sway bars).

Obviously I don't need to post how many times I asked for the tracking numbers. There's his id, phone number, email , PayPal account (which I believe is fake), now his id is banned
