Russian F1 is a defensive one, that is, to be applied from a hideaway. It's of an old construction compared to
RGD-5 which is an offensive one, that is, in theory, can be used on the run provided you throw far and run slowly.
(A tremendous effective/lethal blast range difference.)
M67 appears to be "in between" those.
