Besides the models that Chris_DM mentioned, I would also look at 987.1 and 987.2 Cayman/Boxsters. I have also seen 997.1 Carreras that fit your budget. There's always IMS issues to worry about, but you could budget some money for the repair or buy one that has already been fixed.
