I guess its just Imperial markets > Combo Gauge with Imperial prefered

Metric Markets > Metric gauges.

It actually decreases the number of gauges to maintain stock of from 3 to 2 (Metric Only, Imperial/Metric, Metric/Imperial). There would be some savings and inventory streamlining associated
