Also you are right he is an a-hole. Had an encounter with him at House of Imports awhile back when we bought the GF/SO/Wifey's MBZ, had a deal with a broker we know in writing from a sales person there and he completely destroyed the deal and laughed about it. His first name began with a L, Hispanic guy full head dark hair, shorter kind of slicked back? I remember him well as he pissed off my GF/SO/Wifey so bad he was ready to punch him. No scruples that one. BTW got a better deal as MBLN threw in an extended warranty once we told them the story. Apparently he's a legend for that crap.
