I got the below reply from a contractor about to do work in the basement (full reno) and his comments on the "pipes" situation
1 - An open venting to sewer line is required by code in order to vent gas and allow water flow, this should be vented through your roof.
2 - The two line indicated at washer and toilet are required for venting, I can explain more in detail to you at the home.
3 - The two condensation lines for HVAC and AC will be extended if needed, however they will need to exit to the sewer.
4- The drain vent cannot be sealed, and the floor drain has to remain, I believe there might be some confusion with this. I will explain at your home.
