Sedan_Clan, is having an upside down plate enough reason to pull someone over? Asking for a potential friend. Also, I've noticed some vehicles have a temp tag taped onto the inside of their rear windshield with dark tints which can barely be seen. Would you do a traffic stop? |
It would catch my attention. If the purpose is
not to attract the attention of law enforcement, that isn't the best method to accomplish that. Hiding in plain sight is a much better approach.
