Headaches
Anyone on here have frequent headaches? Do you want to discuss what is causing your headaches? I'll throw some knowledge on you if you want to talk about them. We are all different and each of us can have different reasons for having them. I've had some success treating them in the past and I'm in that talking mood.
Things that help determine the cause of your headache are:
What time of the day you have them
Where on the head do you hurt
What kind of pain do they cause
Frequency or how often you have them
Are there Environmental triggers
How long do they last
What helps your headache get better
