It's awesome that you're staying consistent Caravaggio, inconsistency is what usually gets ppl to quit and revert back to the "old- them". And in reality there's no real difference to lifting in the cold vs lifting in the heat other than being mindful and listening to your body more, (which you should already be doing). Your body will give you certain clues in the wintertime that it didn't give you in the summer time, like I need a longer stretch/warm-up period, etc. (Kinda like aging does...). Eitherway, Stretch, Warm-up, Get after it, and make sure you're always Hydrated.
