Leclerc had his chance at the start with new softs passing Checo yet he fell back from Max's relentless pace when he should have at least kept up with him which leads me to believe Ferrari are still wanting even with a reliable PU. If Checo has kept in front of Leclerc then he 'may' have kept up with Max and challenged aggressively.
