Her problem was too much back brake for where she had the bike weighted. Too much of her weight was on the front wheel causing the back brake to lock up sooner than she expected.
When that happens, most people let go of all brakes to regain control. Then they'll hit all brakes hard because what they were slowing down for is now much closer to them. But their weight has again shifted forward and when they hit the front brake hard again, over the front they go. Typically anyway. And that looked to be how she went over.
Anyone hear of her after hospital status? Lots of broken bones from the men's crashes.
