currently just finished mowing and overseeding the lawn and adding fertilizer as well as adding new black mulch which was on sale at Home Depot for the EarthGro for $2 a bag. seems like from what the neighbors tell me the previous owners never took care of their lawn. they were estatic to see us actually out putting mulch and fertilizing the yard!

who else has house projects going on? i'm just now sealing up all my crown moulding and painting them Satin White. i'll post some pictures later
