Sleep is so much more important than most humans comprehend. Especially that "quality deep sleep" that occurs for only 2 hours or so right before you have to get up.
No TV in my bedroom ever!
By admission, I have difficulty staying asleep, uninterrupted for more than 4 hours. As such, I supplement with Melatonin 3 nights a week.
It definitely helps me.
