The tech is not a bad thing and I don’t believe it will ever come to a point where it would be forced on with the mode to intervene with driving. Indicators and awareness is never a bad thing. Black boxes are an excellent idea.
Two scenario’s:
- some looser wants to do 100mph on a back road and looses it killing a family with kids - I am 10000% for releasing that black box on his guilt of driving
- my new to driving teenager, yeah I wouldn’t mind forcefully limiting their speed or getting an alert if doing something highly illegal and dangerous to them and others.
It’s not the tech to fear.
