I've tested this many times before and my max speed is 275km/hr (170mph).
This was verified by onboard computer, and my car is stock. Had been maintaining the top speed of 275 for well over a minute as well. Car refused to go any faster too.
BTW - in your manual, you should see there's actually a "M Driver's Package" which apparantly ups your top speed from 250km/h to 275km/h. My car is Asia spec.
