There are worse things that could happen to you.
If you get one you'll find that great bokeh and OOF BG is easy as pie. That "glint" in the eye is a snowflake.
Mark, I'm using f/4 here for shallow DOF and +2EV because of he snow clouds. The flakes show so well because of the shallow DOF and bokeh behind the in-focus flakes. It was snowing relatively hard, but the flakes are pretty small.
