Russell not slowing down for Hamilton (but he first asked team instructions during the safety car after Norris DNF and was allowed to race Hamilton - no "invert track position" instructions). Sainz not slowing down for Leclerc (Leclerc's track position inversion request denied). Verstappen not slowing down for Perez (Perez's track position inversion request granted in the final moments of the race, but overruled by Verstappen). Ocon getting firmly instructed not to race Alonso.
