Whom do I blame...Verizon or BMW?

Well I got the phone cradle in the center armrest as an accessory. Yesterday as I was driving and talking the phone died. It ran out of power.

Apparently the cradle does not charge my phone, even if the car is on. I took it to the dealer and they say everything checks out and I should get in touch with Verizon. They tried a technician's older Motorola V710 and it charged fine. I saw it personally.

Well I went to Verizon and they tried 2 brand new different Motorola V710's and they both didn't charge. My phone is 3 months old so that makes 3 new V710s that don't charge. Of course they said it was the cradle and I should talk to BMW.

Bluetooth works absolutely fine and at least everyone at Verizon and BMW agrees that it shouldn't have anything to do with the software on the phone and if the phone charges with it's adapter then it should charge on the cradle.

What to do now?
