I've only managed a few runs this year.
Soccer season starts March 3, and Special Olympics Torch run must be in April or so. I can still go out and cold run 5K, the torch is just over 4 miles. Still, my biggest challenge running is that I run out of glucose as a diabetic. My CGM simply won't report when my heart rate goes above about 130, which is when I REALLY need to be tracking glucose levels
