You really do have a lot of options since the camera does not weigh much. I guess just decide whether you need to drag the tripod around a lot, or whether you want a portable one...
Portable: Joby Gorrillapod, cheap, small, very cool
Not-Portable: Any lower end Bogen/Manfrotto tripod will do you well, possibly the 718 legs with a small ballhead, on bhphotovideo.com they have a few less expensive kits that hold 2.2 lbs, that should suit your camera well...
