I don't understand what you are trying to argue. My point is that over the last ~25 years, BMW has been
continually diluting the "M brand" by making it more prevalent through excess badging and now more recently, model designations. While what you get from the M-Sport option is ever dwindling at the same rate. That is not an opinion, it's just an observable fact.
You cannot seriously say that they are
not putting more emphasis on the M branding on non-M cars with every generation.
