It must be quite difficult I would have thought to hold down a full time job but also be a special forces reservist. I'd imagine the training demands are huge.
Is it realistically possible for a reservist to reach and maintain the same level of proficiency and fitness as a full time member of the SAS? I Guess it must be but just interested to understand how this works in practice.
