Nobody has said the Fast and the Furious?! If FnF 1, 2 or 3 are on when I'm just flipping channels, I watch.
Also: Ocean's Eleven (the remake with Clooney) and Catch Me if You Can.
Mind you, those may not be my favorite movies of all time, but I will absolutely pick them up wherever they are mid-movie and watch when they're on.
