unfortunately, I am one of the guys living in Surrey. Last year, in my area, I had to clear the driveway 18 times to go out in snow days when I had a FWD vehicle. I am certainly not driving the M3 during now days. However, I do need to drive around during the winter days when it's not snowing, so a set of winters is kind of necessary in my case.
