A bit of both. He is of course allowed to defend his position, but you can clearly see that he is the only one who forces a car (NOR) onto the last (dirty) piece of the PIT outlane and consequently
onto the grass.
If he's the only one in the field doing that, than.......(at least that shows some desparation...)
