I have Opticoat on my 135i and will be getting it applied to the M2 when mine arrives.
Have found it to be fantastic over the 3 years it's been on.
I think it cost me just over 1k, but i think it goes by the size of the car so may cost more due to the M3 being larger. Saying that the cost may have even dropped due to competitive products on the market.
