I was driving along on sunday about 55mph behind a car. Stone hit the window and now there's a 8" crack. BMW want around £ 400 to replace it. My insurance would give me £100 towards it or I can pay my £75 window ex and the insurance will get auto glass to fix it.
Bmw say the plastic parts either side of the window have to be replaced and there like £35 each.
is it worth going to bmw or will auto glass do just as good of job?
