Have you ever fake proposed to someone in a jokingly manner? I did this in my early 20's to someone I thought would never say yes. We weren't even in a relationship. She didn't even answer. Liquor was present and we weren't alone. I didn't know it at the time but she took great offense and I found out about it later. Looking back it was a bit immature but I surely couldn't have been the only one.

I know this b/c the guy she's dating now hates my guts b/c he found out about it and it hurt her.

It kinda ticked me off since I've known her for 10years and he's dated her for 4mos.
